• Assistance during class, if necessary
  Candidates who are less proficient with online tools or applications must be assisted during class.
• The ability to communicate with the instructor
  Candidates must be able to communicate verbally with instructors in the chosen class language.

Candidates are encouraged to consider in-person or in-house training sessions if unable to meet the requirements for the public online course.

  • The receipt period may vary depending on the delivery method.
• Certificate for other participants:
  • Electronic certificate (PDF) will be sent to the order placer's email within 24 hours after the class ends. Please check your SPAM or JUNK folder if you cannot find the email.
  • Please ensure that the order placer's email is filled in correctly in order to receive a copy of the electronic certificate.
  • Original certificate (hardcopy) will be processed and sent out within 3 to 7 working days to the address filled in the "Shipping Address" field during registration.
