Book seats and request the current month’s HRD Corp grant application documents for Win Synergy Training’s public online Latihan Pengendali Makanan session. This page is for employers who wish to book seats for their staff under HRD Corp Claimable Courses.

1. How it works?

For HRD Corp claimable remote online public sessions, employers are advised to follow the process below to ensure smoother class placement and grant application coordination.

1️⃣ Employer Chooses Session

Employer selects the preferred training date, session time, and number of participants.

2️⃣ Employer Requests Booking

Employer contacts WST to request seat reservation through the booking form or email.

3️⃣ WST Confirms Availability

WST reviews the request and confirms whether seats are available for the selected session.

4️⃣ WST Sends Grant Documents

Once seat availability is confirmed, WST shares the supporting documents required for HRD Corp grant application.

5️⃣ Employer Applies Grant

Employer submits the HRD Corp grant application through the HRD Corp e-TRiS system.

6️⃣ Employer Sends Trainee & Grant Info

Employer email participant details together with the HRD Corp grant information to WST.

3. Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Before Grant Application

  1. Employers should book seats with Win Synergy Training before submitting the HRD Corp training grant application.
  2. HRD Corp grant approval does not guarantee placement in class without prior booking with Win Synergy Training.
  3. Seat booking is subject to availability and is arranged on a first-come, first-served basis.
  4. Submission of the booking form does not automatically confirm placement until WST replies with confirmation.

2. Public Session Seat Booking

  1. This booking is for seat reservation in a public online training session.
  2. Employers are not booking the entire session.
  3. Each booking must state the selected date, time and number of candidates.
  4. If a new date or additional session is required, a separate booking request should be submitted.

3. HRD Corp Grant Application Documents

  1. WST may provide supporting documents to assist employers with HRD Corp grant application.
  2. Employers are responsible for submitting the grant application correctly through HRD Corp e-TRiS.
  3. The self-filled quotation and registration form must be completed by the employer using the correct employer, trainee and session details.
  4. Employers should ensure that the details submitted in e-TRiS match the booking details agreed with WST.

4. Candidate Details and Grant Number

  1. After submitting the HRD Corp grant application, employers must email WST the completed quotation and registration form with trainee details.
  2. Employers must also provide the HRD Corp computer-generated grant submission document showing the grant number.
  3. Candidate details are required for class arrangement, communication and certification processing.
  4. If the grant number and trainee details are not received in time, WST may not be able to proceed with the enrolment arrangement for the selected session.

5. Candidate Language Suitability

  1. This public online session is conducted in Bahasa Melayu.
  2. Employers should only enrol candidates who can understand and communicate in Bahasa Melayu.
  3. Candidates must be able to communicate with the trainer to demonstrate understanding during the training.
  4. Candidates who cannot cope with the class language may not be suitable for this public online session.

6. Eligibility for Online Training

  1. Candidates with disabilities are not eligible for this online session.
  2. Such candidates are required to attend a face-to-face session in accordance with the applicable training guideline.
  3. Employers should inform WST in advance if any candidate requires a separate face-to-face arrangement.

7. Employer’s Responsibility Before Training

Employers are responsible for informing candidates about the online training arrangement, including:

  1. training date and login time
  2. use of Zoom for online training
  3. requirement to join the WhatsApp / Telegram group for class links and information
  4. need to arrange replacement workers during training hours
  5. need for a suitable device with working camera and microphone
  6. need for stable internet connection
  7. need to attend from a suitable and disturbance-free environment

8. Online Attendance and Participation

  1. Candidates must attend the online session using their own device.
  2. Candidates must keep their camera on and remain visibly present during the session.
  3. Candidates must complete the required evaluations and activities during the session.
  4. Candidates who do not meet the online attendance or participation requirements may not be eligible for certification.
  5. Attendance may be verified using Zoom system-generated attendance records.

  • provide supporting documents for HRD Corp grant application
  • advise if the selected session is full
  • guide you on the next step for confirming trainee details.
