Food Handler Training Replacement Certificate. Did you attend one of our Food Handler Training Course session? Your certificate is damaged / torn / missing or, your former employer did not return your certificate to you? Now, fret not! At this moment you do not need to re-attend the training to get your certificate. You could request for a record review and apply for a replacement certificate.

Please get in touch with us in order to request for a review of your Food Handler Training attendance record.  Your replacement certificate will be issued only if your attendance with us can be verified. A fee of RM25.00 will be charged on each copy of the certificate issued. Payment must be made before issuance of replacement certificate.
