ONLINE FOOD HANDLER TRAINING

Please ensure that candidates are able to attend the online training before registering.

Candidates must have:

• Suitable device and stable internet access
  Each candidate must use their own phone, tablet, laptop, or computer with stable internet access for Zoom and Google Forms.
• Basic skills in using digital tools
  Candidates must be able to join classes via Zoom, use the internet, and complete Google Forms..
• Assistance during class, if necessary
  Candidates who are less proficient with online tools or applications must be assisted during class.
• The ability to communicate with the instructor
  Candidates must be able to communicate verbally with instructors in the chosen class language.

Candidates are encouraged to consider in-person or in-house training sessions if unable to meet the requirements for the public online course.

To register:

1. Select the your chosen class date and time, scroll down, check the number of participants entered and click “Add to cart“.
2. On the next page, scroll down and click “Proceed to checkout“.
3. Complete the order form, scroll down the screen and click “Place Order” to make payment online.
4. Follow the instructions of the selected payment gateway – Billplz or Razorpay-Curlec.
5. Check the registration confirmation email after payment is successfully made.
6. Do all the necessary preparations before attending the class..

Important: The class link is included in the confirmation email. Please share the class information with the candidate(s) if you are registering on behalf of your team members.

Online Class Preparation Guideline

• HRD Corp Claimable Courses Participant Certificate:
  • Electronic certificate (PDF) will be emailed to the employer after the employer returns the PSMB/SBL-Khas/JD/14 form and the signed and stamped attendance report.
  • Original certificate (hardcopy) will be sent to the address filled in the registration form.
  • The receipt period may vary depending on the delivery method.
• Certificate for other participants:
  • Electronic certificate (PDF) will be sent to the order placer’s WhatsApp within 24 hours after the class ends.
  • Please ensure that the order placer’s name and WhatsApp phone number are filled in correctly in the order placer’s information field in order to receive a copy of the electronic certificate.
  • Original certificate (hardcopy) will be processed and sent out within 3 working days to the address filled in the “Shipping Address” field during registration.
  • The receipt period may vary depending on the delivery method.
